Dominic Carter considers it a great, great honor to be in the presence of social workers. Dominic received a standing ovation as the keynote at the Georgia Association of School Social Workers. Held Wednesday March 29, 2017. It was a homecoming for the woman that raised Dominic, his Aunt Inez. Dominic’s family is from Augusta, GA. The conference was held in the Savannah area, the beautiful and scenic St. Simon’s Island.
