IOWA (KTNV) – A first-grade teacher in Iowa is under investigation after photos of her wearing blackface for a Halloween costume have emerged. The woman was trying to portray a character out of the movie “Napoleon Dynamite.” Now, the NAACP is calling on the district to fire her. District officials said they are investigating the photo.
