U.S. Attorney Scott Brady said late Sunday that he has already begun the process to get Attorney General Jeff Sessions’ approval for a capital case against the 46-year-old man, who also wounded six people, including four law enforcement officers. According to police, Bowers walked into the Tree of Life Synagogue in Pittsburgh Saturday, armed with an AR-15 rifle and three Glock .357 handguns, and opened fire. His victims range from 54 to 97 years old.
