Dominic Carter had a wonderful time speaking to the college students in New Jersey at Hudson County Community College. These young people at the Jersey City campus are amazing.
Also this email just touched Dominic’s heart. A young man read his book, “No Momma’s Boy,” and decided to follow in Dominic’s footsteps and attend the same college Dominic did.
I wanted to let you know that Jordan has finally decided to attend SUNY Cortland. It has been a tough choice but Howard University was not very accommodating with regard to providing a scholarship that would allow Jordan to attend. Secondly, after meeting Mr. Dominic Carter and reading his book and knowing that he attended SUNY Cortland, Jordan felt he, too, would do great things as a Red Dragon.
